Handcrafted locally in small batches
Justy Haney's entrepreneurial career got its start when she worked at a restaurant. The establishment featured two delicious jellies, created by the owner and his wife. When the couple closed the restaurant, Justy decided the extraordinary jellies should live on. "I just loved them," says Justy, who bought the rights to the jelly recipes over 20 years ago.
The two original recipes -- Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly, and Pineapple Roasted Garlic Jelly -- are still available and have been joined by a several new flavors that Justy herself has come up with.
Along with her jams and jellies, she is also bottling Oregon Honey, creating a line of Dry Mix Dips for you to enjoy as well.
Now people can find Justy's at a number of Oregon retailers, as well as other retailers across the nation. From Coast to Coast, word has come back that these jellies are pretty darn good!
